Terms & Conditions – Insahaus Guest House

Welcome to Insahaus Guest House. By making a reservation and staying at our property, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservation Policy

• All bookings are subject to room availability.
• Reservations will only be confirmed after payment has been received.
• Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3 PM or after the stated time
• Check-out time: 12 PM or before the stated time
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• For any room cancellation, only 50% of the total booking payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the check-in date.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is available to a different date, subject to room availability.
• Requests for rescheduling must be made prior to the check-in date.
• Additional charges may apply for peak dates or higher room rates.

5. Guest Responsibility

• Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and treat all property facilities with care.
• Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during the stay may result in additional charges.

6. No Smoking & Illegal Activities

• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms unless otherwise stated.
• Illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

7. Noise & Respect for Others

• Guests are requested to keep noise levels reasonable, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure comfort for all guests.

8. Personal Belongings

• Management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.

9. Right to Refuse Service

• Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if guests violate property rules or engage in inappropriate behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

• Insahaus Guest House reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Insahaus Guest House

1. Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel their reservation before the check-in date by contacting our team directly.
• For direct bookings, only 50% of the total booking payment will be refunded.

2. Online Travel Agency (OTA) Bookings

• Bookings made through Online Travel Agencies (OTA) are eligible for a maximum 50% refund.
• Refunds for OTA bookings will be processed manually via bank transfer.
• The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting platform commissions, payment gateway charges, and applicable administrative fees.

3. Refund Processing

• Refund requests must include valid booking details and bank account information.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on bank processing times.
• Any transfer fees charged by the receiving bank will be the responsibility of the guest.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Guests may request to move their booking to another date, subject to room availability.
  Additional charges may apply during peak seasons or for higher room rates.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided for:

• No-shows
• Early check-outs
• Last-minute cancellations
• Violations of guest house policies

6. Policy Changes

Insahaus Guest House reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
